Reviews and Ratings
This quirky hotel turned out to be quite charming despite its small rooms. The cleanliness, daily upkeep, and unique view from the breakfast area impressed me, while the breakfast options were satisfactory. The location near the river and local café provided a taste of everyday life, although the tight room layout and noise levels could be improved.
Our stay at Sala Prabang was quite enjoyable, with the charm of staying in a heritage building really standing out. The room we had was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. While the location was fantastic, close to the Mekong River and just a short walk from the night market, the dining options could have offered a bit more variety for breakfast. Overall, it was good value for money with friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care about our experience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel which is just a stone's throw from the Mekong River. The location made it easy to explore local eateries and the night market, though the breakfast could definitely use more variety. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, making it a pleasant retreat after a day of sightseeing. My only big concern was the noise levels since the walls were a bit thin, leading to some disturbances at night.
The Sala Prabang offers a unique experience with its colonial-style buildings and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly shine with their hospitality, making my stay memorable. The rooms, while spacious and clean, had some noise issues and could benefit from better soundproofing. Breakfast by the river was delightful, but the breakfast menu was quite limited. Overall, it's a lovely stay, but a few adjustments could enhance the experience.
I had a lovely stay at Sala Prabang Hotel, which offered a charming atmosphere along the Mekong River. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the staff being exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The breakfast by the river was a highlight, but I do wish there were more variety in the food options. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value for money and a great base to explore Luang Prabang.
